Logbook Loans - Alternative Loans
Logbook loans can be very expensive and very risky and require the security of a vehicle which is at risk if repayments are not maintained. Although they can provide a solution for those with bad credit interest interest rates can be very high and the overall cost VERY expensive.
Alternative loans and solutions should therefore be seriously considered. |
Logbook Loans - what are the alternatives:
Payday Loans: Short term loans to get over a temporary financial cash flow problem. Typically borrow from a few hundred pounds up to a maximum of around a thousand or so, get your loan the same day (they're very fast) and pay back on your next payday.
Installment Loans: Short term cash loans but repayable in installments rather than a payday loan which is repayable in just one single payment.
Doorstep Loans: Typically borrow up to £500 and repay weekly over a term to suit up to a maximum of 52 weeks. Usually no need for credit checks and available to those with bad credit, working part -time or full time or even retired or on benefits.
Personal Loans: Unsecured loans usually available up to a maximum of around £15,000 - use a specialist bad credit loans broker if your credit history is not perfect and they will shop around to find a lender who can help and get the very best terms for your specific circumstances. Repay in installments usually over a maximum term of 5 years.
Secured Homeowner Loans: Loans to suit, favourable interest rates available to those who own a property but bear in mind that your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other loan secured on it.
Debt Help: If you're considering borrowing money to get you out of a debt problem then think again ... it may be a much better solution to confront the debt head on rather than borrow more and run the serious risk of compounding the problem. These days there are many companies and charities out there who are ready to help and advise you.
Remember that all logbook loans are secured on your vehicle and a failure to make repayments could see your vehicle sold to settle outstanding balances.
